Hope this email finds you in good health by the grace of Almighty Allah. We would like to invite you all to our 5th General Body Meeting which will be held on 28th April Saturday at Great Linford, Milton Keynes.

As in previous meetings, we are also endeavouring to make this a Family day out with recreational activities, especially for the benefit of children. Hence we request you most humbly to be punctual to make this event a success. We will also be conducting Quiz for adults and will be issuing the gift vouchers for the winning team.
The meeting expenses will be shared by the attending members.
If any of the members has outstanding monthly contribution, we request them to bring the money to this meeting and get the acknowledgement from our treasurer.
Please do not bring any food/ drinks to this event as lunch and refreshments will be served on premises.
Last but not the least, we assume, by default that all of you are coming to this wonderful meeting. If for any reason, you cannot make it, kindly let us in advance so that we can plan it accordingly

You might remember, we have given money box (Undiyal) last year to all members. Please remember to bring it to the meeting (of course filled with Pound Coins if not notes)

இன்ஷாஅல்லாஹ் நடைபெறவிருக்கும் இக்கூட்டத்தை மேலும் மெருகூட்டும் வகையில் நமது மன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் பங்கேற்கும் பல்வேறு அணிகளுக்கான வினாடி-வினா போட்டி, நம் தாயகமாம் காயல்பட்டினம் நகரின் மரபுச் சொல் போட்டி, குழந்தைகளுக்கான விளையாட்டுப் போட்டிகள், ஆண்கள் -பெண்களுக்கான ‘120 வினாடி தொடர் பேச்சுப்போட்டி‘ மற்றும் வெளிப்புற விளையாட்டுப் போட்டிகளுக்கும் (outdoor games) ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
மன்றம் துவக்கபட்டது முதல் இன்று வரையுள்ள மன்ற செயல்பாடுகள் குறித்தும் இக்கூட்டத்தில் விளக்கப்படவுள்ளது. மேலும் மன்றத்தின் அணைத்து உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு முதுலுதவி குறித்த பயிற்சி முகாமும் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இப்பொதுகுழுவின் உள்ளூர் பிரிதிநிதியாக, மன்றத்தின் ஒருக்கிணைப்பாளர் / செயற்குழு உறுப்பினர் ஹாபில் அப்துல் மத்தீன் லபிப் அவர்கள் செயல்படுவார்கள் என்றும் தெரிவித்து கொள்கின்றோம்.
இயந்திரத்தனமான நகர வாழ்க்கையின் பரபரப்பை மறந்து மகிழ்வுற்றிருப்பதற்காக, இந்த அரிய வாய்ப்பை மன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் அனைவரும் தவறாமல் பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்ளும் பொருட்டு அத்தேதியில் உங்களின் அனைத்து சொந்த வேலைகளுக்கும் மாற்று ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்துவிட்டு, கூட்டத்தில் முழுமையாகக் கலந்து மகிழவும், மகிழ்விக்கவும் அன்புடன் அழைக்கிறோம்.
