We wish to bring to your notice that this will be a Special General Meeting (SGM) as we are intending to adopt a Constitution for KWAUK. It is therefore important that as many members as possible attend. We are also endeavouring to make this a Family day out with recreational activities, especially for the benefit of children. Hence we request you most humbly to be punctual with attendance to make this dual event a success.
In due course we will forward a copy of the Draft Constitution for your perusal so that valuable time can be saved at the meeting. As the Constitution is read it will be adopted. If there be objection to inclusion of any clauses then they will be discussed at the end of reading. Any additions may be made at the same time.
